Nobels Food is a member of the Nobels Group, comprehensive producers of beef and raw milk products and one of Japan’s top companies in terms of both production scale and technological capabilities. Nobels Food processes and sells beef from cattle raised and nurtured on farms operated by the Nobels Group.

Nobels Food offers two original beef brands２つのオリジナル・ブランド牛肉を展開
Tokachi Herb Beef and N34. Both brands are raised on cattle farms located in the vast nature of Tokachi, Hokkaido and all beef comes from hybrid cows that we painstakingly nurture to ensure the finest quality beef. Even then, only beef that clears our strict shipment standards are allowed to bear these brand names. Both Tokachi Herb Beef and N34 are characterized by lean red meat bursting with the natural flavor of beef interlaced with the ideal amount of mouth-watering marbling.
私たちノベルズ食品の販売する牛肉は、「十勝ハーブ牛」と「N34」の２ブランド。いずれも、豊かな自然に囲まれた肥育牧場で、手間暇かけて育てた交雑種の雌牛。厳しい出荷条件をクリアした牛肉だけが、これらのブランド名を名乗ることができます。牛肉本来の旨味が濃い赤身と、口どけの良い脂身（サシ）が特徴です。

The Nobels Group operates a total of twelve cattle farms in Hokkaido, the northernmost prefecture of Japan. Of these, our beef cattle farming business is run on three farms that are operated by Nobels, a member of the Nobels Group.
Our beef cattle farms are surrounded by a vast natural environment in the plains of Tokachi. Tokachi is Japan’s largest agricultural region and sits east of the Daisetsuzan National Park, Japan’s largest national park.
ノベルズグループは、日本の北国、北海道で１２の牧場を経営。そのうち、グループ会社の1社である株式会社ノベルズが経営する３つの牧場で、肉用牛の肥育事業に取り組んでいます。これらの肥育牧場は、日本最大の国立公園として知られる大雪山系の東に広がる、日本最大の畑作地帯である十勝平野に立地。北海道の酪農家から、ホルスタイン種と黒毛和種の掛け合わせである交雑種の雌の子牛だけを譲り受け、肉用牛として時間をかけて大切に育てます。

N34 Policy「N34」ポリシー
Sales of N34 beef in Japan are limited to dining establishments registered with our membership system. Communication during the ordering process is vital to ensuring our ability to respond to the specific needs of each customer. We value transactions that are mutually beneficial and which promote the development of long-term relationships. We also plan to launch sales of N34 brand beef. Contact Nobels Foods for details. Everything for our business customers.
1) Beef shipped as N34 is certified in cut blocks based on proprietary grading standards established by Nobels Food.
2) We select and ship beef for each order received from our business customers.
3) N34 beef is limited to hybrid cows nurtured at least 34 months and up to 40 months. As such, cattle age in months can vary by up to 7 months. We can fulfill requests from business customers for beef from cattle of a specific age.
There is a limit to shipment volumes for beef certified through our proprietary grading system. Please note that in some cases time may be required between order receipt and shipment.

日本国内における「N34」のブランド牛肉の販売は、ご飲食店さまを対象とする会員制となっています。さまざまなご要望にお応えできるよう、ご注文時のコミュニケーションを大切にします。また、お取引は、けっして短期的であることなく、継続的に双方向な関係づくりにご一緒に取り組ませていただきます。なお、米国でも「N34」のブランド牛肉を販売する予定です。詳しくはンボエルズ食品までお問い合わせください。すべては、ご飲食店さまのために。
１）「N34」として出荷する牛肉は、ノベルズ食品が定めた独自のグレーディング基準に基づき、部位肉のブロック単位で認定します。
２）ご飲食店さまからのご注文1件ごとに、ご要望に応じて出荷する牛肉を選定します。
３）「N34」の牛肉は、出荷時の月齢、すなわち総飼養期間が34カ月以上、40カ月未満の交雑種雌牛が対象ですので、月齢に7カ月ほどの長短があり、ご飲食店さまに月齢のご指定がございましたら、ご要望に応じます。
グレーディング基準を満たすことのできる部位肉の出荷量は限られます。ご注文をいただいてから出荷まで、お時間を頂戴しておりますので、あらかじめお含みおきください。
